About the Founder
NICOLE AUYANG
Nicole brings over two decades of experience across revenue, operations, and leadership — from frontline roles driving growth and client relationships to senior leadership within a ~$100B financial institution.
Her belief is simple: the best founders are great at what they do — and that's exactly where their focus should stay. Whether it's a doctor running a practice, a chef building a restaurant group, or a tech founder scaling a platform, the business behind the vision needs its own operator. That's the role CRD plays.
Nicole has spent years working alongside founders, leadership teams, and investors across small and mid-sized businesses and venture-backed companies — not to take over, but to build the structure, strategy, and execution layer that lets leaders lead.
She has worked at the intersection of growth, operations, and organizational execution — building infrastructure, improving processes, and driving initiatives that require both strategic direction and disciplined follow-through.
Her approach is grounded in identifying where businesses get stuck — whether in decision-making, structure, or execution — and putting the right foundation in place so founders can move forward with clarity and keep doing what only they can do.
Alongside CRD, Nicole is Co-Founder & Managing Partner | CEO of Levano Capital, where she leads operations and deal origination for a platform investing in companies rebuilding the physical world.
